    Situated in the leafy village of Doune just over half a mile from Doune Castle on the road between Stirling (8 miles) and the Trossachs (15 miles), this apartment is the perfect base for families and groups of friends to discover new adventures while staying in stylish surroundings

    This self-catering apartment is located on the 1st floor of the former stables building of a coaching inn dating from the early 1800's within the grounds of the Woodside Pub, Restaurant & Hotel.

    The apartment comprises a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen / diner / living area with ample seating which is is perfect for a family gathering and sociable occasions.

    Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests with 2x king beds and 2x single beds over 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms.

    The apartment has been designed to the highest standard with modern furniture and fixtures.
    Step inside the property where you will find a modern and spacious living room and kitchen which is the perfect place to socialise and relax.
    Gather around the six seater dining table to enjoy delicious meals together or retreat to the lounge area to watch a movie on Netflix or chat about your day.
    The kitchen provides all the essentials to self-cater with ease including hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee & tea making facilities.
    You will also find three bedrooms:
    Each bedroom has been designed with stylish and calming interiors, two of the rooms offer king size beds with one offering two single beds.
    All three have modern styling and en-suite shower rooms.


    Keys are collected from and returned to the adjacent Woodside Hotel.

    Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.

    Since taking over the Woodside, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

    Whatever reason you may have for visiting us – a healthy or hearty breakfast, a coffee with home-baking beside our wood burning stove, fantastic food with family in our restaurant, a glass of wine or a local beer with friends in our terrace – we assure you of a friendly welcome from staff who care.

    A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable if the booking is made more than four weeks before the commencement of the rental.

    The balance of the rental is due four weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.

    For bookings made within four weeks before the commencement of the rental the total rental fee is payable on booking.

    If the balance of rental is not made 4 weeks prior to commencement of the rental this shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the Client.

    The deposit is non-refundable

    If cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival the 25% depoit will be forfeited.

    If cancelled within 30 days of arrival full charges apply.

    Deposit / payment will be collected from the credit / debit card lodged at the time of booking.

    A damage deposit of £150 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected from the credit / debit card lodged at the time of booking.

    You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

    The proprietors shall deduct the cost of any damage or extra cleaning costs incurred during the stay from the deposit.


    The house must be left in a satisfactory condition with only ‘general’ cleaning being all furniture in its proper place, all crockery, cutlery and post/pans clean and in thier proper place. All beds, pillows etc should be stripped and all linens and towels towels should be deposited in the shower within one of the bathrooms. All bins to be emptied.


    Only those persons listed on the booking may occupy the accommodation. If this condition is breached then we have the right to terminate the accommodation

    Caravans and Campervans are not permitted on or in the vicinity of any of the accomidation.


    Well behaved dogs are permitted only if they are healthy, house-trained and kept under control at all times. You must bring your pet’s basket, as they are welcome on the strict understanding that they must not lie on bedding or chairs.

    They should not be left unattended in the house and dogs must be kept on a lead and prohibited from fouling all areas around accommodation, if this occurs then the fouling must be cleaned up or a separate charge will apply.

    There is a charge of £25 per dog.


    We would like to respectfully remind you that smoking is strictly prohibited.

    Anyone found to be smoking may be asked to leave and a £100 deep cleaning charge will apply.


    We will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal property of guests. Vehicles, their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. Postage and packing will be charged for return of belongings left behind


    Unfortunately we do not have a car charging station at the property and we would request that guests do not charge their cars directly from the properties. If there is an emergency situation, please contact us to discuss.


    Children of any age are welcome.

    Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

    There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
